Our Classes

You can register for classes by clicking “JOIN A CLASS” above.

Registration and cancellation windows close two hours before the class start time (except for the 6 AM classes, registration closes at 6 PM the night before). If you need to cancel, doing so before this window will ensure you receive a credit; late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the class credit.

Please note prior registration is required as the studio is not staffed between classes. If you have any questions or need assistance, we’re always happy to help — feel free to reach out by email at info@firmanayoga.com or by phone at 360-474-3714. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can get settled and fully enjoy your practice.

Hatha

This traditional Hatha class offers a steady, mindful approach to movement, breath, and awareness. It’s ideal for beginners while still providing depth for more experienced students. Postures support strength, flexibility, and alignment. Beginners can build a strong foundation, while advanced students can explore deeper variations. Expect a calm, supportive environment that leaves you feeling grounded and refreshed.

Gentle Hatha

This gentle, slow-paced Hatha class is designed to help you move comfortably and feel at ease in your body. Postures are done either standing or seated, with minimal transitions between the floor and the mat, and limit weight on the hands or wrists.
It’s a welcoming option for anyone looking for a more accessible, supportive practice—whether you’re new to yoga, working with limitations, or simply wanting a calmer experience. Expect mindful movement, light stretching, and steady breathing to leave you feeling relaxed and balanced.

Yin

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that differs from more active classes by focusing less on major muscle groups and more on the deep connective tissues—such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. The practice is mostly done on the mat, with very little standing, allowing the body to fully relax into each pose. The passive postures are held for several minutes, encouraging gentle opening, stillness, and mindful awareness. This class supports flexibility, joint health, and nervous system regulation, making it a great complement to more dynamic styles of yoga or daily life stress.

Community Drop-In

A free community class created to bring people together in a welcoming, inclusive space. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, this class offers gentle movement, mindful breathing, and a chance to connect—with yourself and others. Come as you are, bring a mat and feel free to invite a friend. This is more than a class—it is a space to connect, unwind, and build something meaningful together. No need to register in advance, just sign in when you arrive. Space is limited.

Flow for a Cause

This is a regular-priced class, and all proceeds will be donated to a local organization. The recipient changes each month, so check our Facebook page for information, and to see who we’re supporting right now.
